We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Atelier Loreen gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase, except on customised ,final sale items and if otherwise stated.

Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. 

• Items must be shipped out within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
• Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• You must provide the tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our atelier will not accept any return parcels without the information.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
• Altered and Customised Items

No refunds or exchanges can be made on any items which have been altered as per the clients request or customised for the client.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Send an email to info@atelierloreen with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note...   

All color shades can slightly different in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the color(s) in the photos and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.
